Polytribe is a private, invite-only community platform. We can be contacted at hello@polytribe.club.

When you join Polytribe, we collect:

• Your name or display name
• Your email address
• Your pronouns (optional, if you choose to provide them)
• The date you joined
• Records of invite links you generate

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide you with access to the members platform
• Display your name to other members
• Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Allow you to generate and track invite links

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

• Your display name is visible to other logged-in members
• Your email address is only visible to platform administrators
• We do not share your data with third parties, except as described below

We use the following services:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance measures.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data (visit your Account page when logged in)
• Correct your personal data (edit your profile on your Account page)
• Delete your personal data (delete your account on your Account page)

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

We use only essential session cookies required for login. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
